Hi all, after a little while back to my blog. I tell you that on Monday officially launched the Offer Cloud Computing Telecom Italia ("Nuvola Italy") project on which I worked in recent months. The paper was launched with a press conference the same CEO of Telecom Italia (Franco Bernabe) introduced potenciamento ambitious project, through the Cloud, our strategy converged Telecom - IT (the famous ICT). The reactions of the press (and not only) were of great interest, in fact the first draft "real" (in the sense of supply and cover the same), Italy y es un gran desafìo para nuestra empresa, que, como dijo nuestro CEO, tiene que "cambiar la piel", transformandose de una empresa de "cables" en una empresa de servicios "sobre el cable". Los competidores son temibles, hablamos de Google, Microsoft, Amazon y no solo, pero nosotros tenemos una gran ventaja: podemos controlar la calidad del servicio verdaderamente end-to-end, desde el PC del empleado de una empresa hasta los servidores de la misma. En otras palabras, es una battalla que podemos (y tenemos) que ganar ! La alternativa, de hecho, seria de resinarnos en hacer el "transportador de bit", lo que sinceramente suena muy poco atractivo. Fuimos los primeros en movernos en esta direccion (el "first mover"), ahora tenemos take advantage of this situation advantageous to build our future as we want: Telecom Italia, the first IP Infrastructure Provider in Italy!
